Microfocal Inspection Service
If you are a manufacturer of components or assemblies incorporating: plastics, metals, ceramics, electronic components or any combination of these, X-Sight X-ray Services offers an in-house inspection service with free one hour starter for new clients.
The inspection service is carried out using a 160kV microfocus x-ray system with five axis sample manipulator, 220mm x-ray intensifier and high resolution imaging system. Inspections are performed by an experienced applications engineer, able to offer interpretation of radiographs.
Results can be supplied as .tif and/or .jpeg files on CD ROM, digital video or video tape. Short training sessions can be provided to those customers wishing to operate the x-ray system independently and carry out their own inspections.
Many companies have enjoyed the long-term benefit of this service offered by X-Sight X-ray Services. Preferential rates are offered for regular contract work.

X-Sight X-ray Services offers a complete after sales support package. This extends from installation and commissioning to extensive training programmes.
Along with free telephone/email support, X-Sight X-ray Services also offers maintenance and repair contracts for any equipment we have ever supplied and if necessary other x-ray equipment.
